Manually create your property

  1. Select My Properties on the menu bar

  2. On my properties page, click Create new
  3. Fill out the form with your property information and the services you want to activate. You can choose between two primary services: Key Exchange and/or Housekeeping.
  4. Once you've finished filling out the form, click the save button.

Manually create your booking

  1. Select My Bookings on the menu bar

  2. On my bookings page, click Create new
  3. Select the property associated with the job
  4. Select the job type. Click here to learn more about job types.
  5. Fill out the form with all the relevant information and make sure to be as detailed as possible when filling out the instructions. 
  6. Click the save button once you've finished filling out the form. Relax and unwind as our Ninjas and customer service team do the rest.
