There is no additional charge for last minute bookings but surcharges for Key Exchange are as follows:
- Night surcharge applies after 9pm and 2 times check-in rate (2x)
- Late-night surcharge (after midnight until 5am) is 3 times check-in rate (3x)
- For all other services: Public holiday surcharges of up to a 100% may apply. For more information please reach out to accounts@keyninja.io
If guests are late to check-out and the cleaners have arrived, there will be an attendance fee of a minimum of $15.00+gst* added to the clean. You will be notified immediately so you can claim the charges from your guests accordingly.
